Make your booking with us on the internet. Send us your booking details and we will make the arrangements for you right away.

Important Notes:

1. Your booking is not confirmed until you have received a booking reference from Mermaid Café.
2. Mermaid Café will not hold any responsibility for last minute booking.

Hotel Booking Policy

For Hotel Bookings, Please take note of the following condition

1. You are not required to make payment for the booking immediately. Once we have successfully booked your room(s), we will send you an email informing you with the payment procedures.

2. Should you cancel your bookings after it has been booked, you will be liable to pay a penalty of 1 night accommodation charges. (Penalty charges are based on the hotel's policy).

3. Room availability is not guaranteed until booking has been confirmed and payment made out to Mermaid Café in full.

4. Please confirm Mermaid Café at least 72 hours prior to the booked date for cancellation of the hotel bookings.

   I understand the condition as stated above and agree to abide by the condition once I have submitted my booking.
